She has been a core part of the CareCredit team for over 14 years and was recognized as one of the Top Twenty Five Women in Dentistry. Through her engagement with dental professionals including consultants, associations, practices, and dental suppliers Bete provides the opportunity to network and create new relationships that benefit the dental profession.

Sameer Bhasin, VP of Alliance at CareCredit, is dedicated to working with dentistry’s key opinion leaders and leading educators. One of Sameer’s key initiatives is to gather the latest insights, ideas and practical tools presented at dental meetings and conventions. Prior to his current role, Sameer acquired more than a decade of front-line business practice experience in his position as Practice Development Manager and subsequently as Regional Sales Manager. Sameer earned his MBA from the University of the Incarnate Word, San Antonio, Texas, where he currently resides with his wife of 19 years.
Patterson Dental – National Fuse Technology Advisor
Daniel Easty has been with Patterson Dental for the past 13 years working in sales and training in the North & South-Central Regions. He has trained hundreds of offices how to become paperless and teaches the best ways to implement technology into individual & group practices. He is currently the national Fuse Technology Advisor with Patterson Dental.
Patterson Dental – National Corporate Technology Advisor III
Mary’s background includes over 40 years spent in the dental industry. She has a Clinical, Administrative and Consulting background, in which she has been actively involved with Insurance, Clinical and Dental Management Seminars. Over the last 19 years she has worked with Patterson Dental in positions such as Regional Training Advisor, Regional Technology Manager, and presently as the National Corporate Technology Advisor, overseeing all regions with Eaglesoft and digital products. Mary has been very active as a Practice Masters’ Seminar presenter for over 17 years. She resides in North Carolina and has two grown daughters living just 2 towns from her. Her lifetime joys are her 3 grandchildren, Brayden, Kendall and Kinley, all living in North Carolina.

James V. Anderson, DMD, a practicing dentist in Syracuse, Utah, has built 9 dental practices in the last decade, is also the CEO/Founder of eAssist Dental Solutions, the largest, national dental billing company in the U.S. “I was an entrepreneur before I became a dentist and know that without good business skills and support systems, practices suffer. Marcie is an eAssist Kaizen Coach and Coordinator of the Ambassador Program which she designed to enhance personal relationships with our offices and consultants. She is dedicated to bringing compassionate communication to her teams through her leadership role in eAssist. Marcie believes that communication is the key to problem solving and to forming strong bonds with those we work with. Her first job was emptying the trash in her orthodontist’s office which laid a foundation for her interest in Dental Hygiene. In her previous life, Marcie was married to a Dentist for over 15 years where she managed a successful practice that was built on creating lasting relationships by treating patients like family. She brings her experience from janitor to practice owner -and all things in between.

Sandy Odle is the Co-Founder of eAssist Dental Solutions. Sandy is a social entrepreneur who believes that business is about connecting with people to create unique solutions to meet customer needs. She is relentless in her pursuit to deliver a meaningful and personalized experience with every client interaction. As co-founder and CXO of eAssist Dental Solutions, she has been instrumental in developing business and marketing strategies that drove record growth and recognition on the Inc.500 and Utah Top 100 companies. She attributes much of her success to the lessons learned in her early career as a ballet dancer. This discipline shaped her precision to detail and tireless work ethic.

Raymond F. “Rick” Willeford, MBA, CPA, CFP was one of the first Dental CPAs 40 years ago. But he is also a Georgia Tech engineer and the developer of DentaMetrix—a professional strength data extraction and dashboard program. His passion is to encourage both consultants and their clients to develop successful, profitable practices. The combination of his knowledge of cutting edge technologies, his deep business experience and his understanding of the practice management side of dentistry give him a unique position to plug profit leaks in a practice.

Dustin Bybee is the VP of Business Development and Marketing for Weave with a passion for business growth and a love for winning! His formal education is in Business Marketing and Human Performance. For the past 15 years, he has had great success in sales, marketing and business development, specializing in dental marketing. Prior to the dental market, Dustin owned a consulting business where he specialized in helping young companies grow and scale quickly. His business and communication skills serve him well in working in a variety of industries. Dustin is a father of four children. Both he and his wife competed for Brigham Young University in Track and Field as well as Cross-Country. Their favorite past times are spent running and spending time in the mountains with their family! Dustin currently resides in Silicon Slopes, Utah.
Weave – Business Development Executive
Mike Buckner has been working in the Dental Technology Field for 7 years. He was a Business Development Executive for Solutionreach for several years where he oversaw the strategic relationships and partnerships for the Dental market. After that, he spent some time as a Director of Business Development for Dental Intel where he spoke at various study clubs and major meetings teaching the importance of, and explaining how to understand certain Key Performance Indicators within a dental practice. He is currently a Business Development Executive for Weave. He continues to speak at various dental meetings, teaching about the latest technology to improve overall Practice Management. He just doubled his family size in December with the addition of twin boys that keep him on his toes.

Misty Clark is the Director of Marketing, Invisalign – GP Channel at Align Technology, Inc. She leads the development and execution of marketing strategy as well as business management activity within the General Practitioner dental segments for Invisalign clear aligners. Misty has been in the dental industry for nearly 20 years. She was previously with Jameson Management as the Chief Marketing Officer and before that owned her own dental marketing firm, Dental ImageWorks, out of Dallas, TX.
Align Technology, Inc. – Director of Marketing, iTero
Lisa Barry is the iTero Director of Marketing for North America at Align Technology, Inc. She leads the development and execution of marketing strategy as well as business management activity within the Orthodontic and General Practitioner dental segments for the iTero Element intraoral scanner. Lisa has more than 20 years of marketing and sales management experience, mainly in the healthcare industry … pharmaceuticals, life sciences, and dental/medical device, with a brief period in the nuclear power industry.
Dental Intelligence – Executive Vice President
As a founding team member of Dental Intelligence, Clay is known for helping Coaching and other Industry Partners (1) GROW their business by engaging more New Clients, (2) EXTEND their Coaching Capacity and length of client relationships, (3) further STRENGTHEN their Coaching Impact through daily team empowerment and accountability, and (4) receive more RECOGNITION for their Coaching Efforts as clients can more clearly see their progress and performance improvements over time. Jason Taylor (JT) is the Director of Education & Speaker Support for Dental Intelligence, the world’s leading business intelligence software for dentists. Robin Morrison’s passion for dentistry and health care, combined with her entrepreneurial spirit, lead her to become the founder of two successful companies. She is the president of RLM Healthcare Marketing & Consulting, Inc., founded in 1997, and Dental Consultant Connection, founded in 2011. Robin began her career in dentistry in 1981, working in a leading-edge dental practice as an office administrator and marketing director. In 1997, she began to live her dream and launched her first business, RLM Healthcare Marketing & Consulting.
In 2012, Robin teamed up with Linda Miles to form Oral Cancer Cause, Inc. (OCC), a Florida not for profit corporation. As founders of OCC and partners in additional dental projects, Robin and Linda have worked tirelessly to form an organization that financially assists oral cancer patients and their families during their treatment, while creating awareness about oral cancer.
