Who We Are

SCN was founded 15 years ago by the legendary Linda Miles, CSP, CMC, founder of Linda Miles and Associates, an Inc 500 company and recipient of one of dentistry’s highest honors – the Distinguished Service Award from the Hinman Dental Meeting in Atlanta.

Lois Banta, founder of Banta Consulting, a leading nationwide practice management consulting firm, now serves as CEO and owner of SCN, while Linda remains in an advisory position and will be actively participating in SCN for years to come.

Bonnie Pugh has been part of the dental community for over 25 years, most recently acting as US product line manager for the detnal division of Carestream Dental. She is now the executive director of SCN.

Lois, Linda, and Bonnie are also joined by the SCN’s Advisory Committee:

Katherine Eitel: renowned professional speaker and transformational trainer who is responsible to see that Spotlight on Speaking is a highlight of our time together and even more recognized by meeting planners than ever before.

Laci Phillips: dental consultant and technology expert who ensures the sponsoring partners at SCN are the best in the business.

Robert Spiel: consultant and healthcare industry expert Robert Spiel, MBA who helps spread SCN’s wings by reaching out to allied health industry consultants and speakers.
