Modern Practice Solutions

Olivia Wann, author of Your Dream Practice...Make it a Reality! and OSHA Compliance and Infection Control Training for Dental Offices joined the dental profession in 1985. While working in office management for a general dentist, Olivia attended Tennessee Technology Center as a RDA. Following a 14-year management position, Olivia worked as a SoftDent Trainer and Support Technician. In the year 2000, Olivia launched Modern Practice Solutions specializing in Infection Control and Compliance issues.

Currently, Olivia is a candidate for a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Health Care Administration through St. Joseph's College of Maine. She is a member of the National Speaker's Association, the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, the National Dental Assistants Association and the Organization for Safety and Asepsis Procedures. Olivia is also authorized by the Department of Labor as an OSHA Outreach Trainer in General Industry Standards. Her feature articles on topics such as ergonomics and infection control have appeared in Contemporary Oral Hygiene.
