Bethany Valachi, MS, PT, CEAS is a physical therapist, certified ergonomic
assessment specialist and owner of Posturedontics, which she co-founded
with Dr. Keith Valachi, DDS. She presents dental seminars internationally,
provides in-office ergonomic consultations, is a published author in
numerous dental journals, including the JADA, contributing author to
the 3rd edition of Periodontal Instrumentation: A Clinical Manual by
A. Pattison, G. Pattison and S. Matsuda, and has developed home exercise
and chairside stretching video programs for dental professionals. She
is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Occupational
Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation Society.
