Dr. David M. Reznik is a Business Dentist. His perspective is unique among coaches because of his depth of experience and education in business, dentistry and the business of dentistry. His enjoyable presentations reconcile business theory with dental practice management in thoughtful and useable ways. Dr. Reznik's desire for the dental professional is to gain success in business while finding fulfillment through progressive personal progress. He achieves this by expanding the vision beyond dentistry and inspires learning beyond the scope of his coaching.

Unlike most dentists, Dr. Reznik was degreed in Business before he was schooled in Dentistry. He applied his education in the corporate world at 3M and was awarded accolades of excellence before applying to dental school. Once in private practice he blended business principles with the operation of a dental office and taught these methods at several dental schools. Dr. Reznik's practice management expertise eventually led him to direct the clinical operations of an 18-office group practice and negotiating in the realm of corporate dentistry.

As his career developed, Dr. Reznik came to understand that a successful, well functioning practice is a means for dentists to achieve personal happiness. This happiness is elusive when practices do not function well and fall short of dentists' expectations. Instead of pursuing greater desires, dentists are entangled in operational snares. Dr. Reznik frees dentists from these entrapments and puts dentists on the path to practice success and personal growth.
