Lois Reynolds has more than 25 years experience as a dental professional. From chair side dental assistant, expanded duty dental assistant, oral and maxillofacial surgery assistant, health educator to consultant and professional speaker.

She brings experience from former positions as Health Educator at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and Administrator of Health Education and Public Relations for the University of Kentucky Department of Emergency Medicine. Lois also has experience on the national level as a former representative for Oral Health America as Director of Program Development. Oral Health America is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit organization with a mission to develop resources for the improvement and promotion of the nation’s oral health.

From the experience gained from these opportunities, in 1998 she created Lois Reynolds & Associates, L.L.C., a consulting and speaking firm specializing in marketing and communications for the dental and/or medical private practice and a variety of other businesses. Lois Reynolds is also a business partner with her friend and fellow consultant, Lois Banta (Banta Consulting, Inc.) in their joint venture, Professional Retreats, Inc. Professional Retreats, Inc, is a retreat seminar company available to a variety of companies, individuals and organizations to create a stimulating and educational atmosphere suitable for continuing education, strategic planning or staff development.
