Susan Kulakowski

Susan Co-Director and Co-Founder of DDS, a South Florida consulting firm, brings more than twenty five years of experience to her role as management consultant. In addition to her background as a chairside assistant, scheduling co-ordinator, and business administrator, her passion is in the financial management realm of dentistry. Susan is an expert in treatment plan presentations, insurance and collections, practice analysis monitoring, fee rebuttals and overhead control. Linda has personally worked with Susan, and her partner Janelle, for over ten years as their mentor and coach. After they started their own management consulting firm in 2001 with their doctor's blessing, it was a natural for LLM&A to want them on our team. Their greatest referral source is their former employer.
