Janelle Kent

Janelle Kent, Senior Consultant for LLM&A and Co-Founder of Developmental Dental Strategies, a Management Consulting Company in South Florida. Janelle is a member of the Academy of Dental Management Consultants, The Institute for Management Consultants and SCN (Speaking/Consulting Network). She was honored to be involved in the year-long DCO (Dental Clinic Optimization) project with Air Force dental clinics worldwide in 2004. Janelle spoke at the ADA National Convention in Orlando, Florida in 2004. As a speaker and consultant with over 27 years in dentistry, her background includes treatment coordinator, clinical assisting, appointment engineering, practice management, and team development. Janelle's passion for dentistry and her keen understanding of what it takes for clinical and business teams to work together gives her the ability to assist her clients in attaining their vision and goals.
